CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in at the hotel starts at 14:00 h on the day of arrival. Check-out from the rooms is until 11:00 h on the day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay, you need to inform the reception staff at least one day in advance. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff of Asteria Family Sunny Beach are at your disposal for assistance and information at any time.

WRISTBANDS

Guests are required to wear their all-inclusive wristbands at all times to access resort facilities and services. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband for our ultra-all-inclusive program and a hotel passport. Bracelets and wristbands must be returned upon check-out.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE MEALS

• Arrival Day: On the day of your arrival, your all-inclusive experience begins with lunch as per the set meal hours.
• Departure Day: On the day of your departure, your all-inclusive package concludes with breakfast as per the set meal hours.

SAFE

All rooms are equipped with a safe, free of charge.  MPM Hotels are not responsible for money and valuables not stored in the safe.

MESSAGES

You will be promptly notified of any messages or personal correspondence received by the reception staff during your stay at the hotel.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

There are numerous ATMs located in close proximity.  MPM Hotels are not responsible in case of fraud during currency exchange.

TAXI

We recommend contacting the reception to order a taxi.

INTERNET

Constant, free wireless internet is available throughout the entire hotel.

MEDICAL SERVICE

If you need a doctor, please contact the reception.

LAUNDRY, IRONING

If you wish to use this service, please fill out the form, place the clothes in the designated bag, and notify us.

WAKE-UP CALL

Call reception and provide your desired wake-up time.

ROOM AMENITIES

• The rooms are equipped with a telephone, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, cable TV, mini fridge, and a safe.
• Voltage – 220V. Smoking in the rooms and common areas is strictly prohibited.
• On the day of departure, you can stay in your room until 11:00 h. If you wish to extend your stay with a day’s rest, please contact the reception staff. They will inform you if such an option is available. The day rest is subject to an additional charge. A luggage storage room is also available for late departures.

ROOM CLEANING

The rooms are cleaned daily between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you wish to have your room cleaned at a specific time, please contact the reception. If you want your towels to be replaced, please leave them on the bathroom floor.

CHECK-OUT

We remind you that on the day of departure, you can stay in the room until 11:00 h, unless you have previously arranged a day rest with the reception due to your late departure from the hotel. We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes between the time of check-out and your departure to enable the receptionists to prepare your departure documentation.

Limited parking spaces are available for hotel guests with an additional charge, subject to availability. Public paid parking nearby is also available.

FIRE SAFETY RULES

Evacuation plans are posted in every room and on each floor. In case of fire, please follow the instructions.

TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE

If a malfunction occurs, please notify the reception.

SECURITY

The hotel is under 24/7 video surveillance.

PEACE AND QUIET

If everyone in the hotel keeps quiet after 23:00 h, the other guests will be grateful that their sleep is not disturbed.

RESPONSIBILITY

We would like to inform you that for all services offered by external companies (taxi, excursions, goods, various sports, and others), the hotel management team does not bear any responsibility. For any inconveniences or accidents related to the above-mentioned services and/or companies, Asteria Family Sunny Beach does not assume any responsibility.

In case of any broken or damaged property caused by a hotel guest, the guest is obliged to pay a fee corresponding to the damage caused.

If you have any special requests or need assistance, such as renting a car, ordering flowers, calling a taxi, or contacting a doctor, you can always turn to the reception. There you will also find information about additional offers for your stay.

COURTESY AND CONDUCT

Our restaurant offers a delicious and varied buffet for the main meals of our all-inclusive program.

• Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00
• Lunch from 12:00 to 14:00
• Dinner from 18:00 to 21:00
• Evening snack from 23:30 to 00:30 h

A casual-elegant dress code is recommended in the restaurant and all enclosed public areas after 18:00. Guests in swimwear or without shoes are not allowed in the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

ITALIAN A-LA CARTE RESTAURANT

• From 18:00 to 21:00
• A-la-carte selection of traditional Italian dishes
• Reservation is required.
• 1 complimentary dinner for stays of 5 nights or more. The restaurant is available for an additional charge for second visits or stays for less than 5 nights.

FISH A-LA-CARTE RESTAURANT CAPTAIN BLACK SEA

• From 18:00 to 21:00
• A-la-carte selection of fish and mediterranean dishes
• Reservation is required.
• 1 complimentary dinner for stays of 5 nights or more. The restaurant is available for an additional charge for second visits or stays for less than 5 nights.

SNACK BAR

• From 10:00 to 17:00 serving  savory and sweet snack
• From 10:00 to 23:00 serving all-inclusive drinks

BAR “THE LIVING ROOM”

From 10:00 to 23:00, serving all-inclusive drinks. Alcoholic drinks are served after 10:00.

BEACH STALL

From 10:00 –17:00 h – Water, draft beer and soft drinks

For your safety, all drinks and food are served in disposable containers. We remind you to consume as much as you like from our buffets, but please do not take food to your rooms!

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests over 18 years old.

OUTDOOR POOL

• The hotel has an outdoor pool with a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool is available for your use from 08:00 to 18:00.
• Follow lifeguard instructions and pool safety rules at all times.
• From 19:00, the pool is cleaned and disinfected. For your safety, please do not use it after this time.
• Due to the high risk of injury in the pool area, the use of glass or porcelain containers is not allowed. Please do not leave glasses with unfinished alcoholic beverages to prevent them from getting into the hands of children!
• For your safety, please do not enter the hotel, restaurant, or elevator while wet.
• Children under 14 years old can use the pool only with an accompanying adult. A separate children’s pool is available with a depth of 0.50 meters.
• You can use a sun lounger and an umbrella by the pool or beach free of charge (limited and subject to availability). Reserving umbrellas and sun loungers by placing towels or other personal items is not tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to take action to remove them.

POOL TOWELS
The white towels found in your room are intended for use only inside the hotel. The colored towels are the ones you can use in the pool or beach area.

BEACH
Asteria Family Sunny Beach has a private beach area a few minutes away from the hotel. On the beach or by the pool, our hotel guests can use 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room free of charge (limited and subject to availability). Use of these services requires wearing the Ultra All-Inclusive wristband and, if necessary, showing the hotel passport.

ANIMATION
A team of animators ensures your good mood. We offer a rich sports and entertainment program for adults and children, as well as an evening show program – musical, dance, comedy, children’s play programs, and quizzes.

We would like to inform you that parental supervision is required for children using the Kids Club and the playground. The Kids Club has animators who are responsible only for entertaining the children. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
